The C3 Management team is comprised of highly experienced individuals from a broad range of backgrounds, each with a passion for providing and delivering world-class services to small and medium sized businesses.
Rick Mancinelli, CEO
|Mr. Mancinelli has more than 25 years of experience in all phases of information technology management, including software development, network architecture, and corporate IT management. He held executive positions in finance and telecommunications firms prior to launching his first consulting practice. He has since built several successful businesses, developed and sold a SaaS business focused on the Life Insurance market, and began work on what would become C3 long before the term "Cloud" entered the common lexicon. In 2012, Mr. Mancinelli was named one of the Top 50 Entrepreneurs in South Florida by Business Leader Magazine and, in 2018, was named one of South Florida's Power Leaders by the South Florida Business Journal.
On a personal level, he is the proud father of two young ice hockey players, active within the community and an avid boater. He has previously served on the boards of the YMCAs of South Palm Beach County, the South Florida Digital Alliance, and the American SIDS Institute.
Janet Leigh, VP of Operations
Ms. Leigh has more than 19 years of operational support experience in the telecommunications and technology industries. At C3, Janet oversees daily operations, billing, provisioning, regulatory, and manages key vendor relationships. She is also an integral part of the team responsible for evaluating and integrating acquisitions.
Dino Morra, VP of Sales
Mr. Morra has amassed over 26 years of business development experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. He began his career in 1992 with AT&T where he was recognized twice as a Leaders Council winner. In 1999, he joined US LEC as Southeast VP of Sales where he oversaw 300+ sales professionals. He continued for an additional 6 years after the acquisition by Paetec, and later Windstream, before recently servicing as Atlantic Broadband's Director of Enterprise Sales.
Robert Mancinelli, VP of Finance
|Mr. Mancinelli brings 20+ years of investment and 12+ years of accounting experience to his role at C3. A cum laude FAU accounting graduate, he is responsible for the day to day accounting, finance, and human resource aspects of the business. Mr. Mancinelli also manages strategic budgeting and planning, and also plays a key role in the Company's acquisition strategy.|
Alfredo Janson, Director of Platform Services
|Mr. Janson, a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (“CCIE”) has more than 10 years of experience in engineering and implementing service provider networks throughout the US, Canada, and Latin America. He manages the daily operations and continued expansion of C3's growing international voice and data network. His role also includes designing and supporting complex customer networks, and the integration of network assets of acquired companies.
Matt Pinto, Director of Sales Engineering
|Mr. Pinto has more than 17 years of experience in designing and implementing complex networking solutions. He previously served as the Manager of Network Design Specialists at Windstream where he oversaw the daily activities of 20 Sales Engineers supporting their Channel Partners. As C3's Director of Sales Engineering, Pinto oversees all solution design and initial implementation activities.|
Lindsay Mancinelli, Director of Marketing
|Ms. Mancinelli is an experienced marketing professional with a focus on event management and corporate promotions. She is also tasked with managing C3 speaking engagements and vendor co-marketing activities.|
